Process Narrative
I was reached out to by HR and went through a phone screen, then proceeded to onsite. The onsite had four rounds: HM, System Design, Debug, and Code Craft. I found the Code Craft round the most challenging, as the follow-up was not finished in time. The phone screen follow-up was not completed in time either, but I explained my approach and still advanced to onsite. The position was for E4 level.
