Process Narrative
I first passed a phone screen, then completed a VO consisting of a system design round, a coding round, a debugging round, and an HM round. The debugging round had an engaged interviewer who gave real-time feedback. The HM round went well. Two days after the VO, the recruiter declined to move forward without providing specific feedback, only saying I left a good impression. I suspect the SD or coding round may have been the weak point.
