Process Narrative
My E5-level VO was split across two days (Wednesday and Friday). Four rounds: Code Craft, HM, SD, and Code Debug. The Code Craft round had a friendly senior interviewer. The SD interviewer repeatedly drilled into one specific aspect of the design. The debugging round went well with positive real-time feedback. The questions matched closely with known interview prep materials. HR informed me of rejection a few days later.
