Process Narrative
I delayed the onsite for two months after passing the phone screen. The onsite had four rounds. In the System Design round, the interviewer spent too long on a project deep dive, leaving only 30 minutes for the actual design. The Code Craft round went reasonably well but included a follow-up. The Debugging round had two parts — fixing bugs in a provided code snippet, followed by a second challenge implementing a more complex component under pressure, including running tests. The BQ round was straightforward. I received a rejection three days after the onsite.
