Process Narrative
I completed a 4-round virtual onsite: a code craft round, a system design round, an HM behavioral chat, and a debugging round. I felt I performed well overall, and HR feedback confirmed I left a good impression on the team. However, the company chose someone else, leaving me puzzled about the outcome.
