Process Narrative
With 5+ years of experience, I was targeting a product senior engineer role and felt I performed well across all four rounds (SD, debugging, coding craft, and behavioral). Two of the rounds received explicit positive feedback from interviewers during the session. The coding craft round had some communication friction. The HM round felt less warm. Two days after the VO, I received a rejection with no feedback.
