Process Narrative

I went through a virtual onsite with four rounds: Incident simulation, System Design, Coding, and HM. The original HM was on vacation so a replacement interviewer conducted the HM round. I felt the HM round was the key failure point due to the challenging nature of the questions. The interview style felt more like an interrogation. After the interview, I learned through HR that I had been referred for E6, not E5. After following up, HR said E5 was possible but not currently being considered.
