Process Narrative
The phone screen resembled a take-home project where the starter code made the task self-evident; I could prepare in advance and then redo it live. The onsite consisted of four rounds: a coding round building on the phone screen project, an HM behavioral round, a system design round, and an Android domain knowledge round lasting over an hour. The first coding round interviewer was perceived as dismissive and made discouraging remarks about my seniority. The overall onsite experience was mixed.
